2. In short

This site is built to collect as little as possible. It sets no cookies, uses no analytics or third-party tracking, runs no scripts, loads no external fonts and embeds no social media content.

3. Hosting and server logs

This site is hosted by Netlify, Inc., San Francisco, USA. When you open a page, the host automatically processes technical information such as your IP address, date and time of access, the page requested, browser type and operating system. This is necessary to deliver the site and keep it stable and secure (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR). Netlify may process this data in the USA; the processing is governed by Netlify's data processing agreement. Log files are kept only as long as necessary and then deleted.

4. Encryption

This site is delivered exclusively over encrypted HTTPS.

5. Fonts

The typeface used on this site (Manrope) is stored on our own server and loaded from there. No connection to Google or any other font provider is made.

6. Inquiry form

If you send us an inquiry via the form, we process the details you enter (name, email address, company if provided, type of request, message) to handle your inquiry (Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR) and on the basis of your consent given by ticking the checkbox (Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR). Submissions are received and stored by our host Netlify (Netlify Forms) and may be checked automatically for spam. We delete your details once your inquiry has been dealt with and no statutory retention obligation applies. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.

7. Contact by phone or WhatsApp

If you call us or write to us via WhatsApp, we process your details solely to handle your request (Art. 6 (1)(b) and (f) GDPR). For messages via WhatsApp, WhatsApp (Meta) also processes data under its own privacy policy.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. An informal message via the contact form or phone is enough.

9. Right to lodge a complaint

You may complain to a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is: Der Hamburgische Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit, Hamburg, Germany.

10. Changes

We update this policy whenever the way we process data changes.
